I was flipping channels today and came across this episode of Visiting with Huell Howser. I guess they released the episode last year, but this is the first time I saw it.
The two places he visits in this episode seem to have nothing in common besides being in or near Los Angeles. However, I'll be in downtown L.A. tomorrow to take a civil service exam, so I'll probably make my way over to Little Tokyo to shoot some pictures of the Aoyama tree, and the next chance I get, I think I'll have to visit Franklin Canyon Park.
Job search and other commitments (including a LOT of sidewalk astronomy) have kept me off the trail this week. Hope to be able to get some hiking in next week.
