So, go on: Eat. Then hike. Not necessarily on the same day!
Burrito offer is good only on Saturday, June 30. The day pass can presumably be used at your leisure.

Just finished lunch. Burritos were okay. The state park entry ticket expires today, so you'd have to eat and run to use the ticket. Maybe I'll go to Pio Pico's house? Never been there. Wonder if they're open?
